Based in Rockport, we deliver most support remotely, with on-site visits available throughout our service area when hands-on help is needed.

It’s great having Slingshot as our tech backstop. We have in-office and offsite systems, all of which are critical to our operation. There is nothing worse when we run into issues. The Slingshot team is able remote right in and get us back up and running. When necessary, they provide on-site support as well. Slingshot has always delivered expert computer backup. For several years they provided our IT services and the help was excellent. Our computers were never down and it felt safe, knowing that Slingshot was monitoring our practice.
If there ever was a question about how to do something, Ben or Jesse was there to solve my difficulty.
