We have been using Slingshot for quite a while with the company I work for, and we have all been extremely happy with the service we get. You can email them at any time and within a very short time you get a message that someone will be in touch. They work on the issue and most of the time it's taken care of very quickly without having to make a visit. I would highly recommend reaching out to them with any computer issues.

It’s great having Slingshot as our tech backstop. We have in-office and offsite systems, all of which are critical to our operation. There is nothing worse when we run into issues. The Slingshot team is able remote right in and get us back up and running. When necessary, they provide on-site support as well. Slingshot has sourced, installed, monitored and maintained our desktop hardware and software for many years. With Slingshot taking care of our technology needs, we are able to focus on the rest of the business.

Slingshot has always delivered expert computer backup. For several years they provided our IT services and the help was excellent. Our computers were never down and it felt safe, knowing that Slingshot was monitoring our practice.
If there ever was a question about how to do something, Ben or Jesse was there to solve my difficulty.
When I sold my business, I asked Slingshot to continue to provide me with computer back up. I would highly recommend there team and you will not be disappointed.
